FAMED COMPOSER DIES AT 77

John Barry, the famed London composer whose work graced the soundtracks of Born Free, the Oscar winning Midnight Cowboy and 11 James Bond films died of a heart attack at the age of 77.

Barry won five Academy Awards for his work which spanned nearly 40 years beginning in the 1960's
