Charlie Sheen's Kids Taken By L.A. Police..

Mere moments after his ABC-20/20 interview aired in the eastern time zones, the latest chapter of the Charlie Sheen story began as Los Angeles police took his twin sons into protective custody, according to NBC News.

Earlier in the day, Hollywood Grind reported that Sheen's soon-to-be ex wife Brooke Mueller, 33, had her attorney file for a restraining order. Although that request was forfilled, her request for sole custody was denied...at the time.

Although details are still sketchy at the time of this post, it is not yet known whether the court had a change of heart in the matter, or perhaps it was just Sheen's former squeeze's time to get her kids back. Judging from Sheen's comments to Radar Online late Tuesday night, that's might not the case.

“My fangs are dripping tiger blood”, the 45 year old actor told the tabloid web site, later adding on his newly created Twitter account, “My sons are fine...My path is now clear...Defeat is not an option”.
