Pre-Results Show Thoughts-5/9/11

Hey, folks...

Since I pretty much stated all my thoughts about last night's terrific Instant Dance A-Go-Go episode in our weekly DWTS podcast (scroll below for that if you missed it), I feel an all encompassing companion blog entry would be redundant.

So, instead, in place of judge's paddles, are my grades for all the couples performances.

Mark/Chelsea:

Waltz: A+

Instant Dance: B

Hines/Kym:

Fox Trot: B

Instant Dance: A

Chelsie/Romeo:

Tango: C

Instant Dance: B+

Ralph/Karina:

Viennese Waltz: A

Instant Dance: B

Kirstie/Maks:

Argentine Tango: A-

Instant Dance: C+

Final Thoughts: Since Leslie and I recorded the podcast last night, I've had slight second thoughts about picking Kirstie and Maks to go home...Although I think they've gone as far as they can go, I just don't think Romeo/Chelsie's fan base is as strong as that of our former television barmaid. Don't get me wrong, I'd be delighted to see the latter come back for another go and perhaps be a surprise contender for the top three, but I just don't see it happening.
